This usually depends directly on how far along you are in your business.

When you're just starting out, you usually have more time than money. Then we advise you to use a website template. But also because most "newly self-employed" people constantly change their positioning in the first 6-18 months. It would be a shame if you had invested a lot of money and then had to "throw everything overboard" again.

If, on the other hand, you've been in business a little longer, have sales and know what you want (and need) - i.e. you continue to grow - then a personalized website (i.e. 1:1 services) may be the better option. Unless, of course, you are tempted to familiarize yourself with Squarespace - even then our templates can be exciting for you.

We usually have lead times of 4-15 weeks, but if someone postpones their slot, we may be able to start quickly.

So the advice is: Just ask!

As a rule, we do not launch a website with less than 2 weeks' notice so that you still have time to prepare everything. Of course, we will send you all the information in a bundle when you book.

In an introductory meeting, we look at what you need.

As soon as you have booked, your project slot is reserved for you and we can get started. We'll give you all the information, templates and homework on what we'll need for your design - and determine the look and feel of your site.

As soon as you have submitted everything, we will get started on your website on the agreed date. Depending on the web design package you have booked, this may only take a few days or weeks. There is no time limit within this period, so we can go through changes several times during the week.

Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your new website - and above all: that you are able to fill it with up-to-date content yourself afterwards. That's why you'll receive Squarespace training at the final handover, where you'll learn how to easily change your website yourself.

When your booking and period is confirmed by me, 50% deposit is due. The remaining 50% is due as soon as your website is ready. The site will be activated for you as soon as the remaining amount has been received.

If you're not super happy with your new website, of course we won't be either. But we won't let it come to that!

During our design time, you will always receive an interim status - so you can give us direct feedback on whether everything is as you would like it to be. We don't just send you a finished page, but you can always tell us what you would like to see differently.

During the time you have booked (depending on the package), all your change requests are included.

Content! Because without images and text, your website is an empty building.

If you don't know how to set up your website, we can advise you in an introductory meeting about this - even if you are considering outsourcing your texts.

We also have very good materials that you can use to do the whole thing yourself.
